The owner is a retired veteran of the U.S. Army Engineers who led, managed, and Quality Assured / Quality Controlled Various Multi-Million Dollars Military Construction Projects in the U.S. and Overseas.

Sergeant Major, retired with 26 years of experience in Facilities and Construction Division (F&C), (Senior Superintendent/Advisor for the Chief Executive Engineer Officer (CEEO) for engineer operations. Responsible for monitoring and inspecting a $4.2 Billion military Commercial Inspection Stockbridge, Georgia, and Base Camp Master Planning throughout 27 Middle Eastern countries. Managed negotiations from command through the Department of Defence (DoD) and Congress for approval and funding. Managed the six-month Aerial Port of Debarkation relocation in Kuwait.
